Physical, Mental and Spiritual-You're better than you think. Think Positive. Keep telling yourself; everyday, in every way, I am getting better and better. Keep telling yourself that you can do anything, You don't realize how great you are, so stay in shape. The only way you can hurt your health and body is by eating junk food and not exercising. The most prized possession on this earth is your body, take care of it. There is only one person on this earth who can keep you healthy and that's you!
1. Get moving and just get through the first 2 minutes. It only takes about 2 minutes for the body’s energy systems to begin to warm-up, and for your body to increase production and sensitivity to the hormones and neurotransmitters responsible for making you feel "alert." So, getting through just the first 2 minutes of an exercise session is enough to keep you exercising for the next hour!
2. Use an energy drink or caffeine wisely. On those days when you need a boost, or a push, try an energy drink. But use them in moderation.
3. Listen to music. This works for me. Often times just listening to your favorite tune will get you through a difficult workout. Don't have your favorite tune on your smart phone? Remember, if you have a Internet connection, you can download it instantly. I was recently driving across the state of Florida and needed some new tunes. So I pulled over, connected to iTunes and downloaded several songs...then I was back on the road again (smile).
These are excellent suggestions! I love the 2 minute idea! It's so true! I need to exercise much more than I do.
You are an amazing woman to accomplish this difficult journey! You must have incredible stamina and willpower! Good for you!! I wish you all the best and much success!
