Fresh Grape Juice

1 Bunch of Seedless Red, Black or White grapes.

I have added additional recipes to the Juice Recipe (click the juice recipe tab above), but the Salad In a Glass juice has become a favorite of mine, so I am posting it on the main page as well. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.


Salad In a Glass

1 Tomato
1/2 Head Leaf Lettuce
2 Celery Stalks
1 Carrot - (use more if you like, I do)
1/2 Red Bell Pepper (I use the entire pepper)

Pineapple and Watermellon Juice

Made some pineapple and watermelon juice and one word describes it - yummy! It was so good, I had to take a picture of it.

ok here's a current post, re: the juicer stop the press she is now queen of the year per her condominium for "her" 9-1-1 flag !? there's also additional plagiarism re 'the rack' but hey imitation is the highest form of flattery. uh Right? on the actual juice front "we're" still a student of proper food combination, though the fall guy has NOT experienced any sort of stomach "challenge". Seedless red grapes (reservatol) and fresh pineapple scrump tilicious good, also try carrot/pineapple . and hey don't get lazy, juice and clean that machine !

Do you Want Killer Abs?

While crunches are good beginner's exercise for strengthening the stomach, they can become easy once your body has grown accustomed to them, or they can become just plain old boring.

If you want killer abs, you should try the below Plank variations:


1. Front Planks: Get in a push-up position, drop onto your forearms and elbows and hold that position for as long as possible. You can also try tapping your feet up and down.
2. Side Planks: From a frank plank position, roll onto your side, with both feet stacked and your body weight supported on just one forearm.
3. Stability Ball Corkscrew: This is by far the best abs exercise!

One more thing, I juiced a  Pineapple and a whole lot of grapes yesterday, delicious! All I did was peel and juice one pineapple. Then I juiced some grapes, mixed them together and enjoyed. Try it and let me know what you think.

Check out this All in One Gyn - highly recommended by The Fall Guy.

The Rack is Tough, Versatile and Portable
It is the only piece of equipment that take Old School moves (y'all know about that) like push-ups, crunches, and dips to the next level. All by using your own body weight as primary resistance.

I actually enjoy using it - use it primarily to perform dips, push-ups and work abs (ouch). You can also add weights and use it to work your biceps, shoulders and back.

I'm Back!

I am back from Miami, went down to visit The Fall Guy's cousins. Beautiful people, and we had a great time. I didn't juice but I did get Juiced! I thought about doing a weight check, but I think I'll wait a week...or two.

alright already here's a NEW damn POST. the juice blogger broke down today and 'gasp' ate solid food!, once I got off the floor, I, the fall guy, was agasted, shocked and quite appalled. like the terminator, she'll be back......tomorrow. Weight check....? {can we talk} but of course :-) (seriously) juice blogger just succumbed to a human moment, I mean this ain't the planet of the apes, and how much grapes can you juice, BTW stay away from pineapple, ugh, and celery, cuz, damn, (sour face). anyway stay tuned and please please PLEASE write sum thin.... help me

Lady T and The Fall Guy are Juicing

Lady T started juicing today and The Fall Guy actually juiced some grapes and veggies yesterday. I knew it wouldn't take long for The Fall Guy to jump on board - nice to have you.

Remember, if the juice is refrigerated immediately it should be good for 24 hours. After 24 hours it has probably lost the majority of the vitamin potency.


2 Weeks and I Need a Hot Meal

Okay, it has been two weeks and I need a hot meal. Don't misunderstand, I am still juicing, but I need to chew on something and it needs to be hot or at least warm. So I have to admit that I broke down and had a cup of soup - that did the trick.

Going on another 30 mile bike ride tomorrow!

Juicing Tips


A few tips to make your juicing quick and enjoyable!

  1. Buy local and organic fruits and vegetables whenever possible so you’re getting the freshest and most nutritious produce available to you and your family and remember to always rinse everything you juice before juicing.
  2. You will get the best juice from firm, ripe fruits and vegetables. If it is over ripe or too soft you will extract more pulp than juice.
  3. Avoid juicing bananas and avocados, they are soft and will clog your juicer screen.
  4. When juicing melons, don’t remove the interior white rind or peel because much of the nutritional value is in this section of the fruit.
  5. With citrus fruits (oranges, grapefruit and tangerines) remove the rind, but keep as much of the white pith as possible because it’s full of nutrients. You can juice lemons and limes whole without peeling.
  6. Always take proper care of your Native Juicer. Rinse quickly after use, fruits and vegetables dry quickly and will become more difficult to clean.

I’ve been trying to stay committed, and hate to say it.  But  I have to have a little meat;  so I’ve been cheating a little.  But I have been sticking to the natural fruit juice.  I love fruit so it’s been very enjoyable and a good fiber intake.
