Do you Want Killer Abs?

While crunches are good beginner's exercise for strengthening the stomach, they can become easy once your body has grown accustomed to them, or they can become just plain old boring.

If you want killer abs, you should try the below Plank variations:


1. Front Planks: Get in a push-up position, drop onto your forearms and elbows and hold that position for as long as possible. You can also try tapping your feet up and down.
2. Side Planks: From a frank plank position, roll onto your side, with both feet stacked and your body weight supported on just one forearm.
3. Stability Ball Corkscrew: This is by far the best abs exercise!

One more thing, I juiced a  Pineapple and a whole lot of grapes yesterday, delicious! All I did was peel and juice one pineapple. Then I juiced some grapes, mixed them together and enjoyed. Try it and let me know what you think.
