Check out The Rack - A Portable Gyn

Check out this All in One Gyn - highly recommended by The Fall Guy.

The Rack is Tough, Versatile and Portable
It is the only piece of equipment that take Old School moves (y'all know about that) like push-ups, crunches, and dips to the next level. All by using your own body weight as primary resistance.

I actually enjoy using it - use it primarily to perform dips, push-ups and work abs (ouch). You can also add weights and use it to work your biceps, shoulders and back.
