I’ve been trying to stay committed, and hate to say it. But I have to have a little meat; so I’ve been cheating a little. But I have been sticking to the natural fruit juice. I love fruit so it’s been very enjoyable and a good fiber intake.
Sexy D, The first few days are the hardest. I you can get past the first five days, the rest is easy. One thing that helped me is getting rid of the temptations. I basically cleaned the kitchen - got rid of all of the processed foods, anything that contained more that five ingredients - especially the snacks.
As for the meat - just don't cook or buy it...smelling is okay.
Also water with a little lemon in it seems to curb my appetite as well.
